About Us

Advocacy, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in southeastern Michigan. We focus on assisting individuals with special needs and their families. As part of this commitment, we developed the Advocacy Pooled Trust to provide financial support for disabled individuals and their families throughout the state of Michigan while preserving eligibility for government benefits like Medicaid and SSI. Our knowledgeable, caring and dedicated staff strives each and every day to provide our trust participants and other clients with the best possible service and personal attention.

The services we offer include, but are not limited to, the administration of all types of special needs trusts, such as:

• The Advocacy Pooled Trust, a pooled self-settled (d)(4)(C) trust

• Third party stand alone trusts
• Third party pooled trusts
